Bennett’s Plan to Put Israel Back on Track
Two years of work. Hundreds of experts. Dozens of plans.
All that remains is to approve them at the first cabinet meeting - and put them into action.
Soon, we’ll make things better here.

Together, we’ll repair Israel’s education system
Together, we’ll fix Israel’s education system from the ground up! We’ll stop running schools from Jerusalem and return power to people on the ground. We’ll bring the very best people into the teaching profession and compensate them accordingly. We’ll take responsibility for our children from birth and require that 100% of the core curriculum - math, English and more - be taught in schools in exchange for receiving public funding. We’ll also restore discipline and safety to our classrooms and prepare our children for a world of AI, technology, and rapid change.
Goal
An excellent and equitable education system that gives every child the tools to pursue higher education and earn a living, brings the different parts of Israeli society together around a shared Israeli story, and moves Israel forward.
Together, we’ll protect our environment
The future of the State of Israel relies on the future of the environment we’ll live in. B’Yachad’s plan for environmental protection will place environmental health at the top of our national priorities: we will prepare for the climate crisis, work to ensure clean air, better deal with waste, deliver renewable energy, promote efficient public transportation and protect our sea, beaches, streams, and open spaces.
Goal
Preserve climate resilience, protect clean air and have a green environment
Together, we’ll fix our healthcare system
We will move tests, treatments, and experts from hospitals to community healthcare centers and bring top-notch medicine to the periphery. We will make plans for having adequate manpower in advance, bring back doctors from abroad, and invest in preventive medicine. With the help of artificial intelligence and innovation, we will shorten wait times, close gaps, and ensure quality medicine throughout the country.
Goal
An excellent, equitable and accessible healthcare system that will provide every citizen in every part of the country with advanced, high-quality and accessible care.
A national plan for aging with dignity
B’Yachad, we will ensure our seniors can age with dignity! We will implement a long-term policy plan to support the elderly, increase seniors' pensions for those who need it most, regulate nursing care and provide support to family members who care for loved ones. We will invest in health, employment and strengthening communities, fight loneliness, care for Holocaust survivors and prepare for emergencies. We will make sure that every person knows that even in old age- the state sees them and will not abandon them.
Goal
A country that enables people to age in security, health, and with dignity, provides an economic safety net, and sees senior citizens as a significant part of society.
We’ll fix what’s broken and strengthen the standing of women in Israel
Equality between men and women is necessary for the existence of a democratic, safe, strong, prosperous and more just state. After a worrying setback in all metrics of equality in recent years, a correction is needed. We will resolutely fight violence against women, have 50% representation of women in senior positions, eliminate gaps in the labor market and ensure complete support for women who serve.
Goal
We will promote equality between men and women in all areas of life and eradicate violence against women. We will work to increase the representation of women in senior positions in government and the public sector and to reduce disparities in wages and pensions. We will ensure women's freedom to be seen and heard in the public sphere.
Together, we’ll lower the cost of living
We will cut food prices by 30% within three years. It can be done! Today, the same supermarket basket that costs a family in Europe 100 shekels costs an Israeli family 130 shekels. That is not inevitable. It is purely the result of a closed, concentrated market with no competition - and that is the government's responsibility. We will wage all-out war to break up the food cartels. For generations, politicians here have been thinking about their next gig - so they don't have the courage to confront the cartels and monopolies.
Goal
Cutting the price of your supermarket shopping basket by 30% within three years
Together, we’ll fix what’s hurting small businesses
Together we will strengthen small businesses in Israel. Fewer forms, less regulation, more certainty, and more growth. We will enact a permanent and automatic mechanism to compensate businesses and their employees in national emergencies. We will ensure a real safety net for the self-employed and grant them social rights.
Goal
Providing an optimal environment for small businesses in both regular times and emergencies, and removing barriers and allowing them to grow and continue to drive the Israeli economy.
Together, we’ll fix early childhood education
Together, we will take responsibility for our children from day one! We will stop the collapse of the daycare centers, raise the salaries of caregivers, and provide them with professional training and guidance. We will build a system of high-quality, supervised, and subsidized child care facilities from birth, provide benefits to the families of those who serve, and subsidies will be tied to parents working and how much they earn – so that all children will get a good start and their parents will be able to work.
Goal
A high-quality, supervised and subsidized education system from birth which will give every Israeli child a safe and equal start, will allow every parent to work, and will place early childhood at the top of our national priorities.
Together, we’ll fix Israel’s broken system of government
The government will take responsibility and write a constitution based on the principles of the Declaration of Independence, as part of anchoring the core values of the State of Israel. A state commission of inquiry will be established to investigate the events of October 7th and the state's conduct in their aftermath. The Prime Minister's term will be limited to 8 years. The standing of judicial review and our Basic Laws will be resolved while striving for broad consensus.
Goal
We will strengthen Israel's system of government, pursue truth and strive for broad consensus.
Together, we’ll restore national security
We will restore security and move from endless rounds of fighting to achieving decisive outcomes. We will lead a policy of zero containment. Not accepting a single drone. Not a single rocket. And certainly no enemy force build-up. We will act proactively and effectively to thwart every threat. We will draft the 20,000 additional soldiers whom the IDF so urgently needs in order to achieve victories. We will work to end Israel's diplomatic isolation and lead the creation of regional alliances. We will translate the strength of our security forces and the heroism of our soldiers into diplomatic achievements, strengthen deterrence, and ensure security for all of Israel's citizens.
Goal
A return to a proactive security doctrine. Thwarting every threat. Achieving clear and decisive victories. We will translate the strength of our security establishment and the heroism of our soldiers into diplomatic achievements, strengthen deterrence, and ensure security for all of Israel's citizens.
Together, we’ll restore public safety
We will restore public safety for the citizens of Israel - in the Galilee, in the Negev, and everywhere. We will stop treating organized crime as just another criminal issue. Protection rackets, shootings in the streets, gangs taking over entire areas - this is terrorism and a strategic threat, and we will officially designate it as such, not merely a criminal problem. Our fight will be led by the diplomatic-security cabinet together with the Shin Bet and the IDF, and we will use the ‘Al Capone method’: we will mark the three major crime families and bring the full force of the state to bear upon them until they are entirely uprooted. We will act according to the successful methods of the first Bennett government - and this time: faster and stronger.
Goal
We will restore sovereignty and public safety for the citizens of Israel - in the Galilee, in the Negev, and everywhere else.
Together, we’ll rebuild the civil service
The government will be managed according to hi-tech industry standards: with measurable goals (Key Performance Indicators), transparency, and personal accountability. The citizens of Israel will get proper value for the taxes they pay. To ensure excellent service, we will close seven redundant ministries, decentralize powers to local authorities, and move from political appointments, jobs for cronies, and backroom deals to professional appointments. Ministers will be accountable to you and will work for you - not for their primaries.
Goal
An excellent civil service: well-managed, implementing government policy, and working for the citizens. A commitment to a model of meeting targets and outstanding management.
Together, we’ll integrate the ultra-Orthodox public
Together we will integrate the ultra-Orthodox public so that they become a full part of Israeli society. We will dismantle the ultra-Orthodox autonomy that has become a state within a state. Our draft law will apply to every young man and woman in Israel. The state education systems (Mamlachti, Mamlachti Dati and Mamlachti Haredi) will be the only state-funded systems in the country, and within these systems, all of Israel's children will study core subjects and the values of the State of Israel. If it’s not state-run - it won’t be at taxpayers’ expense! The state will reward those who serve and encourage education and full employment. We will not force anyone to enroll in the state education system, to serve in the army or to go out to work - but neither will we fund those who choose a non-state education system, those who refuse to serve, and those who refuse to work.
Goal
The integration of the ultra-Orthodox public into the state education system, into the army, and into the workforce.
Together, we’ll restore Israel’s standing in the world
Israel's standing in the world is an inseparable part of our national strength and resilience. We will pursue a proactive policy to counter the hostile influence campaign against Israel. We will put an end to our diplomatic isolation. We will initiate regional alliances as part of a new diplomatic architecture that will shape the future of the region. We will consolidate authority under a single, professional, technologically-advanced national public diplomacy body under the Prime Minister's Office. Israel's diplomatic standing directly affects the security of the state and the well-being of Jewish communities around the world.
Goal
We will lift Israel out of its diplomatic decline and restore its standing in the world.
