This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) applies to the manner in which the “Beyahad – Headed by Bennett” list, a joint list of the Bennett 2026 party and the Yesh Atid party (the “Parties”) (the list and the Parties, jointly or severally: the “List”, “we”, “our” or “us”), collects, processes and uses Personal Information (as defined below) collected, received or stored by it about individuals in connection with the use of a digital platform providing access to information for the realization of the rights of reserve service members (the “Platform”, the “Chat” or the “Services”).

Introduction. This Privacy Policy is implemented because we recognize the importance of privacy. It sets out how the Personal Information collected by us when you use the Platform will be managed, and the choices available to you regarding the manner in which such information is collected.

What is Personal Information? “Information” or “Personal Information”, as defined in the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, is information relating to an identified or identifiable person, including by means of an identifying detail such as a name, identity number, biometric identifier, location data, online identifier, or one or more data items concerning the person’s political opinions or physical, health, economic, social or cultural condition.

  1. Consent. You are not required by law to provide us with Personal Information, and you do so of your own free will. However, if you choose not to provide certain information, we may not be able to provide you with our Services, including making available to you relevant information regarding the rights arising from reserve service or providing you with information tailored and relevant to you in an optimal manner.

By entering or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read this Privacy Policy and agree to its terms, including the collection, processing and sharing of Personal Information as detailed herein. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, in whole or in part, please refrain from providing Personal Information and from entering or using the Platform.

  1. Provision of third-party information. If you provide us with Personal Information about third parties, you hereby represent and warrant that you have obtained the express consent of those third parties to the provision of their Personal Information and to its use in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
  2. Types of Personal Information we receive or collect from you and the purposes of its use:

3.1. The telephone number through which you used the Platform.

3.2. The content of the correspondence on the Platform (in the Chat), including information you provided during the conversation and in response to questions presented to you, including information regarding the type and scope of the reserve service you performed, insofar as such information is required for the purpose of assessing the rights to which you may be entitled; as well as the outputs of the Platform produced for you, including information about rights that, according to the assessment, may be available to you and suggested courses of action for their realization.

  1. Processing by means of AI tools.

4.1. The Platform is based, among other things, on artificial intelligence (AI) technologies for the purpose of processing the Personal Information provided to us about you and providing relevant information. Such processing may include, among other things, analysis, classification, the production of assessments or predictions, the formulation of recommendations and the production of outputs relating to you, all in accordance with the purposes of use set out in this Privacy Policy.

4.2. The AI systems operate by means of advanced algorithms designed to identify patterns in data, learn from historical data and generate insights automatically. As with any technology of this kind, the use of AI tools may involve certain risks, including errors in data processing or analysis, algorithmic bias and reliance on automated processing. We act to reduce these risks, among other things by implementing organizational and technological measures to protect the privacy and security of the information.

  1. The purposes for which we collect the information. We may use Personal Information collected by us in the following ways and for the following purposes:

5.1. To provide the Services through the Platform, including making information available regarding your rights as reserve service members.

5.2. To improve the Services, the Platform and the user experience, in accordance with their purposes.

5.3. To ensure information security on the Platform and comply with the provisions of the law.

5.4. To send and display content, information and updates on our behalf and/or that may be of interest to you, including on third-party platforms. You may stop receiving such content or updates sent to you by SMS at any time by means of the opt-out option available to you or by sending a request to the email address: [email protected] .

  1. How we share Personal Information. As a rule, we will not transfer Personal Information you have provided to us to third parties, except for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy and in the following cases:

6.1. To service providers acting on our behalf who assist us in our activities and in the operation of the Platform, including providers of management and operation of digital systems, an AI model provider, providers of storage infrastructure or cloud services, and providers of electronic mailing systems.

6.2. In the event of a breach of the terms of the Privacy Policy or the Terms of Use, or if you perform, through the website, actions that appear to be contrary to law, or attempt to perform such actions;

6.3. In the event of a dispute, claim, demand or legal proceeding between you and us.

6.4. If we believe that disclosure of the information is necessary to prevent harm to person or property, whether yours or a third party’s, or for the purpose of investigating a suspected unlawful act.

6.5. If we are required to disclose the information by law, including pursuant to a judicial order, or if we receive a request from a law enforcement authority, a governmental authority or another competent public authority.

6.6. If any of the Parties merges or unites with another party, it will be entitled to transfer to the new entity the Personal Information collected about you, provided that the new entity assumes the provisions of this Privacy Policy.

In certain cases, third parties to whom the information is transferred as stated in this section may be located outside Israel, including in countries where the level of protection of personal information differs from that prescribed in Israel.

  1. Information security. We implement reasonable and accepted information security measures and procedures designed to reduce the risk of unauthorized access to our systems and to the Personal Information stored in them. However, information security measures do not provide absolute protection, and we therefore cannot guarantee complete immunity of the systems against unauthorized access.   2. Your rights and the protection of your privacy. We respect your right to privacy and strive to keep only necessary, up-to-date and accurate information. You should know that you are entitled to review the information about you held by us, and if you find that such information is incorrect, incomplete, unclear or not up to date, you may contact us using the contact details set out in this Policy with a detailed request to correct or delete the information, in accordance with the provisions of the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Conditions for Reviewing Information and Procedures for Appealing a Refusal of a Review Request), 5741-1981.
  3. Updates to this Privacy Policy. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and without prior notice, in order to reflect changes in our personal information practices or in the provisions of the law. The date of the most recent update will be indicated at the beginning of the Policy. We will publish a notice on the website and/or on your device to inform you of material changes to our Privacy Policy, and the date of the most recent update will be indicated at the top of the notice.
