A strategist and expert in managing complex operations with nearly 20 years of experience in the private and public sectors. Has held a series of senior management positions at Israel’s leading advertising agencies, including as a CEO and COO and as Director of the Marketing and Communications Division at Keren Hayesod. Made aliyah from the Soviet Union in the late 1980s. A major in the IDF reserves, has served as a commander including during the Swords of Iron War. Brings strong analytical skills and the ability to manage and execute quickly, effectively, and precisely across a wide range of fields - and his mission is to bring that same spirit to public service for the people of Israel.

Tasks for the term
- Establishing 500 new 3- and 4-star hotels in northern and southern Israel over the next three years
- Developing a new model for managing tourism in Israel, serving both domestic and international tourists
- Anchoring a legal framework for Israel’s emergency response and rescue organizations
- Setting measurable performance targets for every government ministry
- Ensuring coordination between government ministries on all programs
Something personal
Zvi plays the piano and composes music. He loves cooking, traveling around Israel with friends and family, and clearing his head with a run along the beach.
