More about me
A lawyer, activist, media personality, writer and social entrepreneur. Immigrated from Ethiopia by foot, the daughter of a "Prisoner of Zion" who worked to bring Ethiopian Jews to Israel. Since, she has worked to make their story part of the Israeli story. During the Coronavirus pandemic, she initiated "One Computer Changes the World," and raised approximately a million shekels for computers and tablets for children who would not otherwise be able to study from home. She previously managed the Spokespersons and Information Department at the Ministry of Social Affairs for a decade. Today, she heads a public committee serving disadvantaged populations.
