The former CEO of the "Acharai!" ("After me!") movement, he managed a budget of 55 million NIS, more than 500 staff and hundreds of volunteers. The organization reaches up to 10,000 participants a year and runs a network of youth groups, pre-military preparatory academies, the "Acharai-Tech" project, and empowerment and education-for-service programs within ultra-Orthodox and Arab communities. As CEO, he designed a new organizational strategy, built physical and financial infrastructure, and forged partnerships that broadened and diversified the tools at Acharai's disposal as well as the audiences taking part in its programming.
