More about me

A leader in education and experienced senior executive, she has previously served as CEO of the Ra'anana Municipality and head of its Education Administration, as a board member of the Lotar Veterans Association and the Pnima movement, and as the director of a training program for CEOs of local authorities. As CEO of the Ra'anana Municipality, she led broad reforms and moved forward an agenda rooted in forging partnerships, stronger ties between communities, and services tailored to individual needs. She built bridges, mobilized people, and inspired action all while striving for excellence. During her tenure, the municipality received the National Education Prize for integrating diverse populations and training educational staff, the National Volunteerism Award, and the Interior Minister’s Award for Social Responsibility.

Values, responsibility, and integrity are the compass that should guide every public decision.

Tasks for the term

  • Equality in enlistment
  • Reshaping government policy so that citizens and their well-being are at the heart of every decision and action
  • A national program for the care and recovery of Israeli society after October 7th and the longest war in Israel's history
  • A national program to address physical and verbal violence among young people and across Israeli society
  • Strengthening civil society organizations, in recognition that progress across all areas of society requires cooperation between government and the third sector
  • Strengthening local government and transferring greater authority to municipalities to improve public services and better meet residents’ needs

Something personal

She loves extreme sports: rappelling, skydiving, mountaineering, and of course, long hikes across Israel. She hopes to complete the Israel National Trail by the end of her term.
