Privacy Policy

This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) applies to the manner in which the list “Beyahad – led by Naftali Bennett,” a joint list of the Naftali Bennett 2026 party and the Yesh Atid party (the “Parties”) (the list and the parties, jointly or severally, the “List,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), collects, processes and uses personal information (as defined below) that is collected, received or stored by it concerning individuals.

Introduction. We act transparently and in accordance with the provisions of the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 (the “Protection of Privacy Law”) and the Knesset Elections Law [Consolidated Version], 5729-1969 (the “Knesset Elections Law”), to the extent applicable. This Privacy Policy is implemented out of recognition of the importance of privacy. This document sets out the manner in which the personal information collected by us through various means, as detailed in this policy, is managed, as well as the options available to you regarding the manner of collection of the information.

What is personal information? “Information” or “personal information,” as defined in the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, is information relating to an identified individual or to an individual who can be identified, including by means of an identifying detail such as a name, identity number, biometric identifier, location data, an online identifier, or one or more data items relating to the individual’s political opinions or to the individual’s physical, health, economic, social or cultural condition.

1. Consent and amendment. You are not required by law to provide us with personal information, and the provision of the information is done of your own free will. However, if you choose not to provide certain information, we may be unable to provide you with certain services, or you may be limited in performing actions on the websites of the List or the Parties. For example, you will not be able to register as an activist with the List, take part in a conference or activity, or receive a newsletter and updates without providing the required details.

By providing personal information in the course of using the website or in any other manner, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, and to any collection, processing and sharing of the personal information for the purposes set out below. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please refrain from providing personal information and do not access or use the website.

2. Provision of third-party information. To the extent that you provide us with personal information concerning third parties, you hereby declare and undertake that you have obtained the express consent of those third parties to the provision of their personal information and to its use in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

3. Types of personal information collected that is provided by you directly, and the purposes of its use. The List collects personal information from various sources, including landing pages, online forms, the List’s website (the “Website”), events, conferences and additional means, in the following ways:

3.1. Information required for registration and joining. In order to join as activists, volunteers and members of any of the Parties or of the List, you will be required to register and provide certain data, such as full name, email address, mobile telephone number, home telephone and home address. If you do not provide the required information, you will not be able to register.

3.2. Details for maintaining ongoing contact. In order to maintain ongoing contact with voters and/or volunteers, activists, members and donors, including sending updates on the activity of the List, direct mailing and a newsletter, you may be asked to provide information such as first name, email address, telephone number, identity number and home address. If you do not provide the required information, we will be unable to maintain ongoing contact with you and to send you information and updates.

3.3. Registration for events. In order to register for events and conferences held by the Parties or the List, you may be asked to provide us with identifying details and contact details, such as full name, email address and telephone number. If you do not provide the required information, you may be unable to register for those events and conferences.

3.4. Information collected from donors to the List. In order to make a donation, identifying data and contact details will be collected, such as full name, identity card number, address, date of birth, email address, telephone number, bank account details (where the donation is made by bank transfer), and the amount of the donation. The information will be collected for the purpose of operating, managing and tracking donations, for accounting purposes and the issuance of receipts, compliance with applicable legal requirements, and for the purpose of maintaining ongoing contact with donors, as detailed above. If you do not provide the required information, you will not be able to make a donation.

4. Types of personal information collected by us that is not provided directly by you, and the purposes of its use:

4.1. Information from the voter register provided to us in accordance with the Elections Law.

4.2. Information provided to us by third parties regarding potential supporters of the List.

4.3. Public information: We may collect additional information about you that has been published publicly, for example on social networks such as Facebook and Instagram.

4.4. Recorded calls. Calls with us are recorded for purposes of monitoring, service management and legal defense. Therefore, if you contact us, or if we contact you by telephone following your having left your details on the website or otherwise, please be aware that the call may be recorded and that the personal details you provide during the call may be retained by us for the purposes set out in this policy.

4.5. Log files. We may use log files. The information appearing in the log files includes IP address, browser type, date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, filtering actions, clicks and any other information that may be transmitted to us by your browser. We may use such information for the purposes of analyzing trends, administering the website and the system, tracking visitor traffic on the website and the system, and collecting demographic information.

4.6. Cookies and other tracking technologies. As part of the services, we may use “cookies,” anonymous identifier files and additional tracking technologies, for purposes of information security, provision of services, display of personalized information and improvement of the user experience on the website. A “cookie” is a small text file used, among other things, to collect information about activity on the website and the system, to store user preferences and for authentication. Some of the cookies and other technologies may be used to retrieve personal information, such as an IP address.

When using the website, information may accumulate regarding the websites from which you reached the website, your online habits, including publications and pages you view, information and/or advertisements and/or services in which you are interested, the location of the computer through which you accessed the website, and more. Such information will be stored in the databases of the Parties and the List.

Some of the cookies are operated by third parties, and information collected by means of them may be transferred to them for commercial or internal purposes, such as service improvement. The ability of those third parties to make use of the information, including in an identified manner, depends on whether you have registered for their services and agreed to their privacy terms.

Most browsers allow control over cookies, including approving, blocking and removing them. Most browsers can be configured so that you receive a notice in order to approve a cookie, or to block cookies entirely.

If you do not wish to receive “cookies,” you can change your browser settings accordingly, but it should be borne in mind that disabling them may limit the use of some of the services on the website or impair the quality of viewing the website.

4.7. Web beacons. We may permit various companies to manage the advertising array on the website, such that the advertisements you view are managed from the computers of other companies. For this purpose, these companies may place “cookies” on your computer or “web beacons” on the website’s pages, the purpose of which is to assist in collecting information about viewing and use of the website. The use by these companies of “cookies” and web beacons is subject to their privacy policies alone, and not to this policy. By the very act of accessing and using our services, you agree to the storage of cookies, other local storage technologies, beacons and additional information on your devices. You also agree to our access, and the access of the third parties mentioned above, to the cookies, local storage technologies, beacons and information.

4.8. Mobile device data. We may collect limited information from the device for the purpose of operating the website. This information may include the device type, device identifier (ID), date and time stamps of use of the website, browser type, browser language, the date and time of the request and the requested URL. In addition, we may use location-based technologies for the purpose of collecting aggregate statistical data, but we will not use identifying personal information for these purposes.

4.9. Google Analytics and additional analytics tools. The website may use the “Google Analytics” tool to collect information about use of the website for various purposes. Google Analytics collects information such as the frequency of visits to the website, the pages visited, and the websites used prior to entering the website. We use this information for the purpose of maintaining and improving our website and services. We do not combine the information collected through Google Analytics with identifying personal information. 5. The purposes for which we collect the information.

In addition to the purposes of use set out above, we may use personal information collected by us also in the following ways and for the following purposes:

5.1. In order to enable registration for the Parties and the List, for conferences and events, and to provide the information and services available on the website that require registration.

5.2. In order to enable you to make a donation in accordance with the provisions of the law.

5.3. Managing contact and sending information and updates to the voter, to volunteers, to activists, to members and to donors.

5.4. For the purpose of contacting you, including when you leave messages.

5.5. The Parties may make use of the information collected about you for the purposes of analysis, research, segmentation, statistical processing and the generation of insights, and may transfer aggregate and anonymous statistical information to third parties, including bodies engaged in conducting surveys and to publishers. In any case of transfer of information as stated, we will remove and delete any identifying personal detail.

5.6. In order to improve the websites of the List or the Parties, or other platforms of theirs, in accordance with their purposes.

5.7. For the purpose of handling your requests of any kind and providing a response to inquiries and complaints.

5.8. For the purpose of information security on the website and compliance with the provisions of the law.

5.9. For the purpose of legal defense in legal proceedings.

5.10. For the purpose of sending information and publications regarding our activity to the email address or telephone number you provided to us, or by means of a call from a representative on our behalf to your telephone. You may request at any time to stop receiving information and publications by clicking on an unsubscribe link or by sending a removal request to the email address: [email protected].

6. The manner in which we share personal information.

We will not transfer the information you provided to us to third parties, except for the purposes set out above and in the following cases:

6.1. To service providers on our behalf who assist us in our activity, including suppliers of systems for operating the activity of the List and the Parties, suppliers of electronic mailing systems, third parties who carry out surveys and statistical analyses for us, and suppliers of call-recording systems;

6.2. In the event that the terms of the Privacy Policy, the joining forms or the terms of use are breached, or if you perform through the website actions that appear to be contrary to law, or an attempt to perform such actions;

6.3. In the event of any dispute, claim, suit, demand or legal proceedings, if any, between you and us;

6.4. In any case in which we believe that disclosure of the information is necessary in order to prevent harm to body or property (to you or to a third party), or in connection with an investigation into suspicions of unlawful acts;

6.5. In any case in which we are required by law to transfer to third parties your personal details and the information collected about your activity on the website, including if we receive a judicial order directing us to provide your details or the information about you to a third party, or in response to a request from an enforcement authority or another governmental or public authority;

6.6. When the List takes part in third-party content activities or purchases products and services from commerce and content partners of the List, or in joint activities of the List and a third party that are presented on the website. In these cases, the information they require in order to complete the purchase process, to manage the relevant content activity and to maintain contact with you alone will be transferred to these partners.

6.7. If any of the Parties merges or unites with another party, it will be entitled to transfer to the new entity a copy of the information accumulated about you on the websites, or any statistical information in its possession, provided that this entity undertakes toward you the provisions of this Privacy Policy.

6.8. In the event that you make a donation to the List, the donation, including your details, will be reported to the State Comptroller and will be published on the State Comptroller’s website as well as on the List’s website.

In certain cases, third parties to whom the information is transferred as stated in this section above may be located outside the borders of Israel, including in countries that provide a level of protection different from that provided in Israel.

7. Information security. We implement in our systems measures and procedures for information security. These measures and procedures reduce the risk of unauthorized intrusion into the systems, but do not provide absolute security. Therefore, although we strive to use accepted and reasonable means to protect your personal information, we do not undertake that our systems will be entirely immune to unauthorized access to the information stored in them. 8. Your rights and protection of your privacy. We respect your right to privacy and strive to retain only information that is required, current and accurate. It is important that you know that you are entitled to review the information about you that is in our possession, and if you find that this information is not correct, complete, clear or up to date, you may contact us using the contact details set out in this policy, with a detailed request to correct or delete the information, in accordance with the provisions of the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Conditions for Reviewing Information and Procedures for Appealing a Refusal of a Review Request), 5741-1981.

9. Updates to this Privacy Policy. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and without prior notice, in order to reflect changes in our personal information practices or in the provisions of the law. We will note at the beginning of the policy the date of the most recent update.

We will publish a notice on the website and/or on your device in order to notify you of material changes to our Privacy Policy, and we will note at the top of the notice the date of the most recent update.
